Strength-Based Leadership begins with identifying your talents in a way that enhances and strengthens your leadership potential.
We generally have several areas of creativity, including the ability to think outside of the box, putting together successful teams, great communication and writing skills, and the ability to use mediation skills where tension or conflict exist.
Are you currently using all of your creative talents? If not, why? Are you stuck in a career that rewards you financially but does not allow you the opportunity to use your creativity?
As you identify your strengths and creative talents, ask yourself if you are currently using them, or if they need to be developed. Are you willing to stagnate in a career that does not honor your creative gifts, or are you ready to own your creative talents and bring them to purpose in your life and in your career?
If you are currently seeking to identify and explore your creativity, in whatever form, I can assist you on your journey. Or if you simply wish to develop your creative talents further, together we can create a plan that will reward you creatively and financially so that your life’s direction will be filled with passion and purpose.
Anyone can be a leader, but being an exceptional leader requires specific characteristics including:

- Has Emotional Intelligence
- Inspires others to perform to the best of their ability
- Has a positive attitude
- Validates every employee no matter what their position
- Has good time management skills
- Believes in creating a happy and healthy work environment
- Has a good sense of humor
- Has healthy boundaries and keeps a positive work/life balance
- Is never to busy to talk to employees about problems or grievances
Are you happy to wake up in the morning and go to work? Do you look forward to your day? Or, have you noticed a restlessness that leaves you feeling like you are on the wrong path? Have you gotten a degree or training in a specific area and no longer feel fulfilled in that line of work?
Often times we start out on one path and then realize that we are not happy or fulfilled, yet we are fearful of changing directions. By releasing the fear of change, you open up space to explore your true authentic desires and passions. Changing careers doesn’t have to be difficult or scary. Sometimes we may have to sacrifice when we make changes, but the rewards that we gain, pay off in more ways than we could ever imagine, often resulting in personal and professional success.
One of my passions is to help people explore their personal and professional goals and to identify the necessary steps that are needed to create a new career that better suits their body, mind, and spirit. It’s never too late to change career direction.
